Courageous Couple Return to Tamworth
A courageous husband and wife team will return to Tamworth this week exactly three years after a horrific car accident near Tamworth took the life of their young daughter and left them seriously injured. Kevin and Therese Cook are making the journey from Sydney and on Wednesday will thank staff at Tamworth Hospital for the enormous role they played in helping them recover. “Staff at Tamworth Hospital went out of their way to help my wife and I get through this traumatic experience and we are very grateful,” Mr Cook said. “I look forward to passing on my thanks to the team at Tamworth Hospital that provided so much support during a very difficult time and updating them on our plans for the future.”
